This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Revenue Recovery Operator Program and related digital materials, unless a different written refund term is clearly shown at checkout.
Digital Product Access
Revenue Recovery Operator is a digital education product. After purchase, students may receive immediate access to course lessons, downloadable templates, scripts, worksheets, calculators, workflow maps, implementation resources, and other digital materials.
Because access is delivered digitally and materials can be viewed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, all purchases are final except where required by applicable law.
No General Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of time, failure to complete the program, failure to implement the material, buyerā€™s remorse, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with personal results, or a studentā€™s decision not to pursue the business model.
No Results-Based Refunds
Revenue Recovery Operator does not guarantee income, clients, recovered revenue, business success, job placement, or any specific financial result. Refunds are not provided because a student does not achieve a particular result.
Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing the program, email [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access, resend login information, or resolve platform-related access issues.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, contact [email protected] with your name, purchase email, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, your course access may be paused while the dispute is reviewed. We reserve the right to provide evidence of checkout terms, digital access, login activity, downloads, receipts, and policy acceptance to the payment processor.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by law, we will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
